CrossFit Open 18.1: Pace Yo Self
The CrossFit Open is officially back. Grab your wrist wraps and chalk your hands up because it's about to get ugly. 18.1 was announced on Thursday night and if you've signed up for the Open you're eager to get it done with. Here is what we've got:
Workout 18.1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 toes-to-bars
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks
12-cal. row
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell

After completing 18.1 last night I will say there is one thing to keep in mind. Take a guess. I gave it away with the title of this blog. Yes.....PACE YO SELF!! Seriously though. It's all about keeping your engine going. Don't give it all you got in the beginning. You'll need some fuel to reach the finish line.
