Loud, Direct and Misunderstood

Have you ever been MISUNDERSTOOD? Do people take your loud, direct, and to the point personality offensive?  Try living in the Pacific Northwest.  Coming from a Portuguese family I grew up in a household that didn't have a filter.  We spoke our mind and did it as loud as can be.  And if anyone asked us why we were so mad (you know because we were so loud) the answer was simply that's just how we express ourselves.  Add the fact that I grew up on the East coast....now you get the picture?

I moved to Seattle over two years ago and met Estelle when she dropped off some goodies for me at the station.  We became friends when we realized that we are two strong women that speak out minds and some people simply can't handle it.  I'm not sure you've heard of people being passive aggressive here in the PNW?  Well it's as true as the rain.  Yessssss it does rain ALOT in Seattle so bring an umbrella if you come to visit.
