Waistcoat Or Vest
I became obsessed with waistcoats when I moved to Seattle about two years ago. Oddly enough it wasn't until last winter that I noticed the long puffer waistcoats. Ok let me guess I'm speaking a different language to you? Waistcoats are basically vests. And well according to Wikipedia:
A waistcoat (/ˈwɛskət/ or /ˈweɪstkoʊt/; often called a vest in American English, and colloquially a weskit) is a sleeveless upper-body garment. It is usually worn over a dress shirt and necktie and below a coat as a part of most men's formal wear.
Now that we cleared that up, I'll just call them vests. I fell in love particularly with one long vest from Zara. It sold out and I couldn't find it anywhere. Not even Poshmark. It was a sad day but maybe one day it will magically appear. Fast forward to this year and I finally broke down. I had to get one of these. So I looked EVERYWHERE and finally found one I liked. Coincidentally it was also from Zara just not exactly the one I fell in love with last year but it will do. And lucky for you there are a bunch at Gap.
I picked some of my favorite below. Click on the links and happy shopping!!
